Kevan Enger serves as a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia Manufactured Housing Investment Sales.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Enger was at Capstone Companies, where he served on the Manufactured Housing team as a Managing Partner. He took part in over $5 billion of Manufactured Housing / RV product transactions at Capstone Companies and was an active contributor and leader in the company’s growth.
