Ralph DePasquale is a Managing Director in the Chicago office. He has been involved in real estate transactions in excess of $3.6 billion. Ralph is highly experienced in commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily. He opened the first office for Hendricks & Partners (now part of Berkadia as of 2013) in 2000; including disposition, marketing, and analysis of over 50,000 multifamily units.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ralph was a part of the acquisition and asset management of over $750 million in real estate for Met Life’s: Real Estate Investment Group.
