Bobby Mills is a Senior Director of Investment Sales in the St. Louis office of Berkadia. Specializing in the sale of private capital and institutional multifamily properties, Bobby has quickly immersed himself as a top producer in the Central U.S., with a primary focus on the St. Louis MSA. Since joining Berkadia in 2020, Bobby has participated in the sale of over $1 billon of multifamily transactions totaling over 10,000 units. Total sales volume for the Berkadia St. Louis Investment Sales Team exceeds $9 billion, cementing itself as the perennial market leading multifamily sales team in St. Louis.
Prior to Berkadia, Bobby served as the head multifamily broker in the Cushman & Wakefield St. Louis office. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he doubled majored in accounting and finance in addition to receiving his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA).
