Lindsay Terry is a Director – Brand Exp – BIS in Berkadia’s Irvine Office.
Prior to working at Berkadia, Lindsay was the Research and Marketing Director in Moran & Company’s Southern California office where she created and oversaw the production of collateral marketing materials, prepared BOVs, conducted property tours, and coordinated due diligence. Lindsay was also primarily responsible for the West Coast office’s market research, covering new apartment developments, apartment sales, and economic information across all California markets.
Lindsay Terry is a licensed broker in California and Washington, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
