Nat specializes in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of developers, institutions, high net worth individuals, and lenders.  Throughout his career, Nat has built a team of the most highly skilled professionals offering his clients an unmatched and seamless transaction experience.  With over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the New Jersey market, Nat has closed on over 17,000 apartments.  Prior to joining Berkadia, Nat worked at two other national brokerage firms where he was consistently a top producer.
