Michelle Mosier is a Director with the Detroit Mortgage Banking office, with responsibilities in loan origination, underwriting and closing commercial and multi-family loans for a variety of lending sources, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Life Insurance Companies, CMBS and bank sources. Ms. Mosier also assists in special client requests including loan restructuring, lease approvals, portfolio reviews, etc.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Mosier worked as an underwriter for Proctor Group/Proctor & Associates since 1995, which was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 2001 (subsequently became Capmark Finance and most recently Berkadia Commercial Mortgage).
Prior to 1995, Ms. Mosier performed commercial and residential appraisals as an independent appraiser in Michigan for one year and was employed by Hospitality Valuation Services (national hotel appraisal/consulting firm in New York) for three years.
