Miles Drinkwalter serves as Vice President – Originations on Berkadia’s Mortgage Banking platform. In this role, Miles arranges debt and equity on behalf of multifamily and commercial real estate investors. Miles is based in Washington, DC but services clients nationally.
Prior to Berkadia, Miles worked at PGIM Real Estate where he was a member of its direct lending platform. With over 6 years of experience, Miles has completed transactions across a range of asset classes including multifamily, office, and retail. During his career, Miles has closed more than $4 billion of multifamily and commercial transactions throughout the United States.
Miles was raised in Norfolk, VA and is proud to call it his home away from Washington. Outside of work, he is an avid skier and aspiring cyclist.
