Tyler Hogan is a Director of Investment Sales sitting in the Atlanta, GA office. Tyler brings experience in capital markets, acquisitions, and multifamily development across the Southeast. Specializing in multi-family brokerage throughout Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, Tyler provides comprehensive multi-family advisory services in asset acquisition and development, capital market solutions, strategic ownership decisions, market insight and positioning, property value analysis, and disposition brokerage to support clients in every stage of ownership.
Prior to joining Berkadia, he led Capstone’s Atlanta Investment Sales team. Over the course of his career, Tyler has been directly involved in representing an aggregate sales volume of over $1B. Before focusing on Investment Sales, Tyler was Director of US Investor Relations for Westplan Investors, a Dutch multi-family development firm, where he was responsible for raising equity for new development projects as well as developing and maintaining the firm’s US investor base.
Tyler attended Kennesaw State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Georgia.
