Thomas is a Director of Investment Sales in the Charlotte, NC office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Thomas worked for Capstone Apartment Partners in North Carolina where he was meaningfully involved in the marketing and sales of over $500 million worth of multifamily properties.
Thomas grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania and attended Malvern Preparatory School. After high school, Thomas attended Elon University where he studied Business Administration with a focus in analytics. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
