Adam Tomberg

Adam Tomberg joined Berkadia in 2022 and currently serves as a Director on Berkadia’s Affordable Housing Investment Sales team. He brings over 16 years of experience in all aspects of the affordable housing industry with a broad range of expertise in brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and construction.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Adam was Vice President of a Canadian private equity firm focused on preserving affordable housing in the U.S., where he oversaw the acquisition and development of $750 million in total project costs. He also served as Investment Manager at American Capital Group where he was involved in affordable and market rate developments in excess of $1.2 billion.
