Alex Bonda is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in Detroit. In this role, he is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Alex has originated commercial mortgages and equity for all asset types, financing more than one million square feet of real estate over the past two years. Alex has significant experience and relationships with the agency, life company, bank, debt fund, and CMBS communities.
