Aron Procuniar is an Associate Director in the San Clemente office specializing in debt placement for multifamily/MHC assets in the Western US. Aron’s extensive knowledge of different agency and life company lending programs sets him apart as a true debt expert while his close lender relationships make him a fierce advocate for borrowers.
Prior to starting his current role with Berkadia, Aron successfully managed and closed 90 Multifamily/MHC transactions with +$800 million in proceeds. Aron earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Brigham Young University. On weekends Aron, an Eagle Scout, devotes his time to the outdoors where you’ll often find him surfing or adventuring on two wheels.
