Dan is responsible for Berkadia’s GSE business lines and driving production through customer engagement, innovation and process improvement. He has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience as a producer and in production management. Dan joined Berkadia in 2011, and has served in production and senior manager roles at M&T Realty Capital, CW Capital, Berkshire Mortgage Finance and Freddie Mac. Dan is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington. He has a BA from the University of Virginia, and MS in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
