David Weymer serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia’s Hotels & Hospitality Platform. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily hospitality, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, loan modifications, equity formation and legal matters. Mr. Weymer has transacted on well over $2 billion of hospitality transactions in that time period.
