Derrek Ostrzyzek is Senior Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Irvine office. Derrek’s unique investment background includes expertise in evaluating and acquiring all four major real estate asset disciplines, including retail, industrial, office and multifamily. Derrek’s responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, marketing execution and designing transactions structures that maximize value for property owners.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Derrek Ostrzyzek was a Director in the Orange County office for Moran & Company covering the Northern and Southern California markets. Prior to joining Moran & Company, Derrek was a director with Invesco covering Southern California multi-family and focusing on the full spectrum of asset types from development to core opportunities.
