Evan Ballmann is an Associate Director in the Columbus Office. Evan is responsible for loan origination, sourcing financing options, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring the loan closing process goes smoothly for the customer. Evan has significant experience and relationships with the agency, life company, bank, and CMBS communities.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Evan spent 11 years at Nationwide Life Insurance where he was responsible for the asset management and loan servicing of a $14 Billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio. Prior to Nationwide, Evan held various titles in commercial real estate origination and commercial lending for several of the largest banking institutions in the country.
Given his unique expertise, Evan provides substantial value to customers through the full life-cycle of a loan, from origination to post-closing.
