James Elmore is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia based in Florida. James has been involved with commercial real estate finance for over 10 years, during which time he has been involved in over $2 Billion of transactions nationwide. He has extensive experience across all asset classes in structuring debt thru a broad range of capital providers including Commercial Banks, Agency Lenders, CMBS, Debt Funds and Life Insurance Companies.
