Jared Glover is Director of Investment Sales for the Greater Las Vegas Area, Reno and Sacramento. Mr. Glover joined Berkadia in November 2018 as an Associate Director focusing on 100+ unit multifamily properties.
Prior to Berkadia, he worked at CBRE’s Las Vegas office initially as a corporate analyst and then as a member of one of its top producing multifamily teams. While at CBRE, Jared underwrote and sold $200 million of multifamily assets. After graduating in the top 10% from the University of Nevada, Reno with a dual degree in Finance and Economics, Jared founded a CrossFit gym in Las Vegas. He successfully sold the business in 2015 and now uses his business experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and dedication to generate successful outcomes for his clients.
