Jason is a Managing Director and founding member of Berkadia’s Indianapolis office. With over 20 years of experience, Jason has completed transactions on a wide range of product types, including multifamily, manufactured housing, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, and hospitality properties. Since establishing the current team, Jason has been involved in over $900 million in financing transactions and assisted on numerous investment sale transactions.
Jason specializes in the origination of multifamily loans through Berkadia’s direct origination platform for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD. He is primarily engaged with owners in the Midwest but has extensive experience in underwriting and completing deals across the United States.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2020, Jason held the position of Senior Vice President for CBRE Capital Markets, where he managed the same production team. He previously held positions with iCap Realty Advisors and Fifth Third Bank in the Detroit market. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance from Michigan State University.
