Jeff joined Berkadia in September 2020 as Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales, specializing in Affordable Housing. Jeff has over 11 years of multifamily brokerage experience. Prior to joining, Jeff was the Founder and Managing Partner at LIHTC Advisors, LLC., which was acquired by Berkadia in September 2020. He has been involved in the disposition and valuation of over two billion dollars of affordable housing real estate throughout the U.S. representing both general and limited partners.
