Jimmy Meadows is a Senior Director who provides structured capital and financing solutions to commercial real estate developers, investors and owners across the country. Mr. Meadows has experience originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing financing for a broad range of income-producing asset types including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, self-storage, industrial, manufactured housing, RV and condominium properties. Mr. Meadows has a specialty in financing manufactured housing communities and RV resorts across the country.
During his career, Mr. Meadows has assisted clients with the origination and closing of over $4 billion in secured financing representing a number of capital source executions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS, debt funds, banks, REITS, and private equity funds. Typical financing and capitalization requests include senior debt, joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, bridge debt, or some combination thereof.
Mr. Meadows holds an active real estate sales license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and received his master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the University of Mississippi.
