John Sigeti covers Buffalo, Rochester, Ithaca, Syracuse, Albany, and Hartford markets for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage with responsibilities including arranging debt and equity capital for all commercial real estate product types. While his focus is concentrated on multifamily properties, Sigeti advises sponsors on all commercial property types, including office, industrial, retail, self-storage and hotels.
Prior to entering the commercial brokerage industry 6 years ago, he worked in Commercial Real Estate for 25 years covering the same markets mentioned above. The bulk of this time period was as a balance sheet commercial lender for M&T Bank.
