Mr. DeGiorgi is a Managing Director with Berkadia, located in the Philadelphia, PA office. Mr. DeGiorgi has been with Berkadia since 2012 and has been involved in excess of $1 Billion in FHA Insured loans. Property types financed include multifamily, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Mr. DeGiorgi began his career in commercial real estate finance with Column Financial/Credit Suisse, and later Column Guaranteed/Credit Suisse, which merged with Walker & Dunlop in February 2009. Mr. DeGiorgi holds a BSBA degree from Duquesne University. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Urban Land Institute.
