Joseph Mandeville is an Associate for Berkadia Affordable’s Mortgage Banking team. In this role, he is responsible for executing, structuring, and originating Affordable Housing transactions. Mr. Mandeville brings 15 years of LIHTC experience to Berkadia. Prior to joining Berkadia, Joseph worked on the Affordable Housing Originations team at Red Capital where he managed deals from underwriting through closing, assessed lending opportunities, and managed client relationships. Joseph’s experience with market research and data analysis lends to his ability to evaluate opportunities to deliver excellent client service.
