Kelly Witherspoon serves as a Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales for the Austin office. Within this role, he is primarily focused on the team’s strategic growth, direction and operation for the firm. Since 2005, Kelly has been involved in closing roughly $3.5 billion in multifamily sales, totaling over 45,000 units across the entire state of Texas. A native Austinite, Kelly has received accolades for being a top 10 national producer for Berkadia. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
