Kenji Thomas is an Associate Director for Berkadia Institutional Solutions based in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in multifamily equity and land sales throughout Southern California, as well as a track record of portfolio sales and capital structuring for complex real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kenji held roles at Eastdil Secured, The Dinerstein Companies, and JPI, gaining extensive experience in multifamily advisory services and institutional development. Leveraging this diverse background, he brings a dynamic approach that enables him to deliver strategic insights and tailored solutions for his clients.
Kenji is an alumnus of the University of San Diego, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and English Literature. He is an LA native, and in his spare time, he enjoys surfing, reading, and playing volleyball. He is also an active member of ULI, LACRA, and the BIA.
