Kyle Sahlsten is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Tampa office specializing in investment sales for Berkadia’s Hotels & Hospitality group. He is primarily responsible for executing hotel investment advisory transactions throughout Florida and the greater Southeast region. Throughout his career, Kyle has sold or capitalized over $400 million of investment sales and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kyle served as an Associate at USAA Real Estate working on office transactions throughout the United States. Kyle received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSAc) and Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida.
