Melissa Tsourmas is an Associate Director of Investment Sales for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality. She is primarily responsible for underwriting and executing hotel investment advisory transactions, with a focus on financial analysis, transaction management, the preparation of offering memoranda and pitch materials, and facilitating closings. Over the course of her career under various roles, she has been involved in over $1 billion of hospitality transactions.
Melissa graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Business.
