Mike Murphy is Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Irvine office. His experience includes the sale of existing communities, pre-sale of projects under development, condominium conversions/reversions, timeshares, and raw land. In addition to conventional apartment operations.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mike Murphy was a Director for Moran & Company who primarily covered the Southern California market, with additional experience in the Pacific Northwest and Phoenix. His assignments have included experience with value-add repositioning, properties in lease-up, ground leases, tax-exempt bond financing, and tax credits. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Arizona.
