Niko Vrentas is an Associate Director with Berkadia based in Kansas City. As an investment sales advisor, Niko represents sellers of multifamily properties throughout Midwest markets. Prior to joining Berkadia, Niko was a Capital Markets Associate with a local Kansas City firm, specializing in developing, leasing, and operating commercial real estate. Niko was tasked with raising equity for company sponsored investments and third‑party offerings. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas School of Business.
