Patrick Jordan is a Senior Director on Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform based out of Memphis. Patrick has sold just over $1 Billion in transactional volume, with 17,000+ units sold. Patrick is the managing broker for Tennessee and Arkansas with a reach that expands throughout the Midwest and Southeast region.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Patrick is a member of Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR). Since joining in 2019, he has received the Pinnacle Awards from the Commercial Council which recognizes the top 25 commercial brokers in Memphis.
