Rachel Hemingway Parsons is a Senior Managing Director of Institutional Sales in our Irvine office. Rachel specializes in the sale of existing apartment communities, multifamily development and land sales in San Diego and throughout Southern California. She has experience selling core, institutional, core plus, value-add, mixed-use, stabilized/post-renovated product as well as ground lease properties. During her 17-year tenure, Ms. Parsons has been involved in the sale of over $5 billion in multifamily transactions, totaling over 22,000 units and 300 acres of land.
