Rob Affleck is a Senior Director in the Seattle, WA office of Berkadia. Mr. Affleck has been with Berkadia and predecessors (Capmark and GMAC Commercial Mortgage) since 2008. Mr. Affleck focuses on HUD-insured mortgages for senior housing and multifamily properties on behalf of local housing authorities, non-profits and private enterprises. Highlights have included completing the first historic tax credit deal completed by Seattle HUD office. Mr. Affleck is a member of ULI and participates in many industry events and other charitable endeavors. Mr. Affleck graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
