Scott Bray is a Managing Director of Investment Sales in Atlanta, GA with Matt White, Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays, and Judy MacManus. Since beginning his investment sales career, Scott has been involved in more than 230 transactions, consisting of over 65,000 units, and totaling more than $8 billion in aggregate sales volume. As Managing Director, Mr. Bray is responsible for the sourcing and disposition of multifamily assets with a focus in the private capital and middle markets space. Additionally, he has worked in conjunction with the corporate team on a variety of strategic endeavors.
Mr. Bray brings with him 10 years of experience in the investment sales industry and has diligently worked to streamline processes with the ultimate goal of ensuring a smoother customer experience and maximizing value for our clients.
Scott was born and raised in Atlanta before attending the University of Georgia. After graduating, he worked in multifamily and seniors housing investment sales in Texas before returning to Atlanta to join Matt, Paul, Andrew, and Judy. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, coaching basketball, and fishing.
