Scott MacDonald is a Managing Director based in Berkadia’s San Francisco office. Scott is responsible for implementing capital markets solutions for multifamily investors and developers with real estate interests in the Northern California region.
With more than two decades of brokerage experience, Scott and his team have facilitated the sale of over $3 billion in assets totaling more than 13,000 units. Scott serves the full spectrum of real estate capital including institutional, professional equity, and private clients looking to execute on core, core-plus, and value-add investment strategies, in addition to ground-up development.
Scott graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics. He is a native of Hayward, CA and lives in Orinda with his wife and two children.
