Previously a member of Berkadia Multifamily Group and CBRE Multifamily and Retail Groups Spencer has over 19 years of commercial real estate transactions in the US. As a third generation purveyor of real estate and hospitality, Mr. Scott has collected +$3B total consideration of deal-closing smiles and handshakes.
