Thad Wetterau is Senior Director Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Thad was a Director at Moran & Company in their Investment Sales practice. His responsibilities covered the entire multifamily investment sales process, including client service, relationship management, deal management, property valuation, economic analysis, marketing, and due diligence. Thad has completed over $5 billion in multifamily transactions, primarily in Texas, but also in major markets across the southeastern U.S. He brings to bear his background in institutional real estate research, development consulting, appraisal, and transactions on every investment assignment.
