Prior to joining Berkadia, Thomas Bender was a Senior Associate in Moran & Company’s Irvine office. Prior to joining Moran & Company, Thomas was an analyst at The Bascom Group, underwriting $7 billion in multifamily acquisitions and supporting in all aspects of the due diligence and closing processes. He began his real estate career in single-family brokerage, utilizing his background in marketing and financial analytics.
