Tom Moran joined Berkadia in January 2021 as Senior Managing Director for Southern California Investment Sales in connection with the acquisition of Moran & Company. Prior to joining Berkadia, Tom Moran was a Partner for Moran & Company covering multifamily transactions throughout Southern California for 24 years. During his time with Moran & Company, Tom and the Southern California office closed over 270 properties, totaling 82,000 units and over $18 billion in multifamily transactions. Tom’s multifamily expertise and transaction experience covers the entire multifamily spectrum, from stabilized mixed-use, core and value-add transactions to land sales, pre-sales and early sale transactions to raising JV equity for development deals, as well as covering unique transaction opportunities like condo conversions, recapitalizations and ground lease transactions.
Tom has worked in the multifamily industry for over 30 years having worked in property management with both the Sares-Regis Group and Fairfield prior to joining Moran & Company.
