Mr. Meikleham is Managing Director of Investment Sales, specializing in Hotels & Hospitality and located in the Boston office. Mr. Meikleham brings more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Berkadia’s platform. He is primarily responsible for institutional-grade hotel and resort investment sales, as well as hotel development sales throughout New England and across North America.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Meikleham’s Investment Sales experience included positions at JLL, HFF, and as the owner of Pinnacle Realty Investments (PRI), one of New England’s premier boutique real estate brokerage firms specializing in hotel sales and development opportunities. Prior to PRI, Mr. Meikleham was a partner with LodgeWorks, LP and Summerfield Hotel Corporation. As Senior Vice President of Development he was responsible for site selection and the development of over 60 Summerfield, Hotel Sierra and Avia hotels nationwide. His experience as a developer and owner has enabled him to provide his clients with valuable and helpful information. His hospitality experience also includes positions in development and consulting with Wyndham International, Inc., Beacon Hotel Corporation, Holiday Inns Incorporated and Laventhol & Horwath.
