Tyler Swidler is a Director in the Orlando office. Tyler advises clients on institutional sales and JV equity placement for commercial real estate assets, with a focus on the multi-housing and single-family rental (SFR) / build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. Throughout his career, Tyler has played a key role in originating and executing more than $3 billion in deal volume concentrated primarily across the Florida markets, including both single-asset and portfolio-level transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Tyler was a Capital Markets Associate at JLL where he was part of the HFF acquisition, and served as the lead Financial Analyst for the firm’s Florida multi-housing capital markets team with coverage of debt & equity placement, structured finance, and investment advisory on behalf of public and private institutional clients.
Tyler attended the Wake Forest University School of Business, where he graduated with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
