Anne Stephenson is a Vice President – Originations for Berkadia Affordable Housing. In this role, she is responsible for underwriting, structuring, and executing Affordable Housing transactions involving agency and bank construction and permanent debt. Anne has over 13 years of experience financing Commercial Real Estate, including Affordable Housing. Prior to joining Berkadia, she was an Affordable Underwriter for Citi Community Capital, specializing in Freddie Mac permanent loan conversions.
Before working at Citi, she spent eight years in the Greater Boston area originating and managing a Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio for regional banks. Her other work experience includes over five years at Boston-based State Street Corporation in the Structured Trust and Analytics Group, where she was responsible for the administration and compliance testing of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO’s).
