Brandon Grisham

Brandon joined Berkadia in September 2020 as Senior Managing Director, Investment Sales. Prior to joining, Brandon was a Partner at LIHTC Advisors, LLC., which was acquired by Berkadia in September 2020.  Brandon has been involved in the disposition and valuation of over two billion dollars of affordable housing real estate throughout the U.S. representing both general and limited partners.  Prior to LIHTC Advisors, Brandon worked for Marcus and Millichap, which was acquired by CBRE in 2015.
