He has been involved in more than $2.5 billion in multifamily and commercial loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life company, bank capital sources, bridge, and CMBS executions.
Brett Bennett is directly involved in the marketing, underwriting, and due diligence for debt and equity placement on all property types: multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, and manufactured housing.
Beyond the company, Mr. Bennett is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
