Brian Blanchard manages acquisitions in the Southwest and is responsible for building and expanding relationships with affordable housing developers. Brian brings an extensive background in the financial sector and over 10 years of affordable housing experience, working on both the acquisitions/originations and investor relations side of the business.
Brian began his LIHTC career in 2009 as a wholesaler at WNC, Inc., where has was in charge of marketing its retail credit funds through a network of approved financial advisors. He then took on a role working on the institutional side of the investor relations team. Prior professional experiences include investor relations, fixed-income trading, reverse merger transactions, M&A deal origination and corporate finance.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, cum laude, from Nicholls State University.
