Carl Rasmussen is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Houston office and is primarily focused on originating debt and equity for commercial real estate investors and developers. Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Carl has been involved in over 150 closed transactions totaling over $3 Billion across 38 states. Carl has extensive experience in arranging financing for a broad range of product types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality. During his tenure at Berkadia, Carl has aided both domestic and internationally based sponsors in fulfilling their capital needs and has closed transactions with 40 capital sources.
