Chris Young is a Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office. Mr. Young’s expertise includes multi-housing investment advisory throughout the Greater Houston MSA and Texas covering all classes of apartments from institutional Class A to workforce housing assets. He assists institutional owners, private capital, developers, lenders, and special servicers with marketing strategies, valuation and modeling, negotiation, and closing of investment sale transactions. Mr. Young has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets and has been directly involved in over $9.8 billion of closed multifamily investment sale transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Young was a Senior Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition where he focused primarily on multi-housing investment advisory.
