Cody Courtney is an Associate Advisor for Berkadia in San Antonio. Mr. Courtney is responsible for overseeing Berkadia’s secondary and tertiary markets program with an immediate emphasis on South / Central Texas and coastal markets. Growing up in South Texas and along the Gulf Coast, Mr. Courtney has an excellent awareness of the expansive growth in progress and will be heading up advisory needs for clients that take advantage of Berkadia’s national marketing sales platform and wide array of debt and equity options. Previous to Berkadia, Mr. Courtney directly assisted the head of one of the largest multifamily practices in the county for the three years at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Mr. Courtney is a graduate of Texas Tech University, an Eagle Scout, and a volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
