Corby Chaffin is a Managing Director in the mortgage banking division of Berkadia’s Houston office with responsibilities in loan origination and equity placement. Over the past 6 years, Corby has successfully capitalized 6.4 Billion in transaction volume across more than 300 deals, contributing to the Houston office’s most productive years to date.  When Corby joined Berkadia in May 2015, he brought over 12 years of previous experience structuring commercial and multifamily transactions throughout the capital stack. He has extensive experience in arranging debt and joint venture opportunities with a broad range of capital sources throughout the United States. Corby has been recognized as a member of Berkadia’s CEO Circle; an honor presented to the firm’s top 10 Production professionals annually.
