Cutt is a Senior Managing Director and a founding member of Berkadia’s Houston office. With over 20 years of experience, Cutt has completed transactions on a broad range of product types including multi-housing, industrial, manufactured home communities, retail, office, and hotel properties. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout Texas and the United States.
During his career, Cutt has completed in excess of $7.0 billion in commercial real estate capitalizations. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a master’s degree in commercial real estate. He is a member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals and active with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
